  • Natural foods
  • Movement and physical activity
  • Managing emotions and identifying thoughts and programs
  • Alignment with our biology
  • Spiritual practice
  • Avoid toxic ingredients

For a long-lasting health there is no shortcut,
the only solution is the change of habits.

As a Coach in Habits, and Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, I can help you bring your three elements in harmony:

Body

Mind

Spirit

Body

The human body, this amazing machinery is composed of living cells and extracellular materials and organized into tissues, organs, and systems.

In order to maintain our organism we need to provide:

  • Natural and real foods
  • Movement and physical activity
  • Alignment with our biology

Mind

It is our internal voice, our ego, where all our mental processes happen. It’s the element that enables us to be aware of the world and our experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.

The mind is made up of the following components:

  • Emotions
  • Beliefs
  • Programs
  • Conditioned behaviours

Each of these have an effect in how we perceived our world!

Spirit

It is our most subtle element. It can be called also Soul or Higher Self. When we nourish it, our life changes in every aspect of it. Our way to see, to act, to react, to feel, to think, etc. shifts to a more conscious level. There are several techniques that can help us feed it from the inside out:

  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Consciousness

What DOES a

Coach in Habits do?

We are consultants in holistic wellbeing that help people to improve their habits and thus achieve a better quality of life.

  • It’s something new, we are not nutritionists, doctors, psychologists, personal trainers, etc.
  • We help people to have a new perception of health
  • We offer simple and easy to apply tools for changing habits
  • We advise and accompany our clients in the process of change

What a Coach in Habits

DOES NOT do ?

• We do not diagnose diseases
• We do not treat diseases
• We do not prescribe medication
• We do not give specific diets
• We do not count calories or nutrients

On the contrary, our methodology is based on teaching new habits.

The Secret of Change Is to Focus All of Your Energy, Not on Fighting the Old, But on Building the New.
